At Armoniza Tu Energía, your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a refund under the following conditions.
Refund request window
You have up to 7 calendar days from the delivery date to request a refund.
Refund conditions

Only unused products in perfect condition will be accepted.

Items must be returned in their original packaging (the velvet pouch and affirmation card).

We do not refund items damaged from misuse or normal wear.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund process

Email us at coronabrisa2@gmail.com with your order number, full name, and reason for the refund.

We will reply with return instructions.

Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process the refund within 3 to 5 business days.
Full or partial refund?
Full refunds will be issued if your item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product.
Partial refunds may be issued if items are returned in less-than-perfect condition.
Exceptions

We do not issue refunds for “change of mind” once your order has been shipped.
